We currently ship within the United States.
Orders placed before 4 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary with the carrier.
Every order is tracked. You can follow it from the link in your shipping email or on our Shipping page. If your tracking stops updating, or your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, email support@itsvyne.com and we’ll help.
If you need to change your shipping address, email us as soon as possible. We can update it as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet.
If your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo and we’ll make it right. See our Refund policy for details.
