What's covered

Your Vyne case is covered against:

• Breakage or cracking
• Staining or discoloration
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Magnets that fail to hold, or a finish that peels or separates

Coverage applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from its-vyne.com.

What's not covered

The warranty covers the case only. It does not cover your phone or any other device — damage to your device is never included.

A replacement, not a refund

The warranty is for exchanges only: if your case qualifies, we send you a new one — we don't issue a refund under the warranty. If you'd prefer a refund instead, see our Return & Refund Policy.

How many times can I claim?

Although the warranty lasts a lifetime, it can be claimed once per case. The only exception: if your replacement arrives defective, you can make another claim for that replacement.

How to make a claim

1. Email support@itsvyne.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
2. We'll review it within 12–48 business hours.
3. If approved, we ship your replacement.

This warranty gives you specific rights; you may have other rights that vary by region. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
