Is the case MagSafe compatible?

Yes. Every Vyne case has magnets built in, so it lines up with MagSafe chargers, wallets and mounts on its own. No adapter ring needed.

Does it work with wireless chargers?

Yes. MagSafe and Qi2 charging both work through the case, so you never have to take it off.

Does the case cover the camera?

No. The camera and ports are open cutouts with a raised lip around the lenses. Nothing sits over the glass.

What does the case feel like?

Silky. Most of the range is liquid silicone: soft to the touch, grippy in the hand, with a microfiber lining that protects your phone. It wipes clean with a damp cloth. Carbon Fiber and Graphite have a carbon-fiber finish over a rigid PC panel.

Will the color fade or wear?

On the liquid-silicone finishes the color runs all the way through, so it doesn’t rub off, and Pearl is treated to resist yellowing. With normal use the color stays true.

Which iPhone models fit?

How do the bundles and the Protection Kit work?

Mix any colors and iPhone models: 2 cases are $59 ($29.50 each), and a 3rd case is just $24.99 (3 for $83.99). With a case, the Protection Kit (a screen protector and a camera protector for your exact iPhone) is just $9.99 instead of $39.98. On its own it is $24.99. For iPhone Duo, 2 cases are $89, and with a Duo case the Duo kit is $19.99 ($30.99 on its own). Everything applies automatically in your cart, no code needed.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 4 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Standard shipping goes by USPS, takes 3–5 days depending on your state, and is free on U.S. orders over $35 ($7.99 under $35). Express takes 1–3 days for $12.99. Every order is tracked. Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original condition and packaging for a refund. See our Refund policy for details.

Is there a warranty?

Every case is covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. See Warranty.

How do I clean the case?

There are a few ways, depending on how dirty it is. Take the case off first.

• Light dust or marks: wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.
• Grease, stains or tougher dirt: dampen the cloth with a little water and a drop of mild soap, then let the case air-dry fully before putting it back on.
• Stubborn stains: try a cloth with a little rubbing alcohol, wiping gently.

Avoid bleach, harsh solvents and abrasive sponges.
